Self Diagnosis : browser not supported

Hi everyone,

I recently updated the solution manager to Support Pack Stack 30 on EHP 1 (I know, this is an old version). The OS is Linux RHE 5 and the database is Oracle 10g (an old version too).

On the solution overview, the Self Diagnosis shows the following error :

I used the called url in Internet Explorer 10 and I'm getting the same error (after a long time).

if you active the compatibility as indicate by Vivek, you will run selfdiagnostics witrhout any problem, if you need more information related to producto compatibility chek inside pam:

https://websmp109.sap-ag.de/sap/support/pam

inside PAM, search for solution manager:

And show it

Hi,

Can you try to run the URL on IE browser directly rather than GUI. When running in IE choose the 'Compatibility Mode'. Pls let me know the results.

Hi Vivek,

Unfortunately, it does not work. But, as Lluis says, I checked on PAM and this is the result :

I use Internet Explorer 10 and this version is not supported. So, my problem is "solved", I have to use an older version.
