Displaying archived document in tcode KSB1 or FB03

Is there a possibility to directly go from a document to the archive invoice in tcode KSB1 or FB03? We are looking for a shortcut to display the documents, because now users have to select many menu items to get it.

I can't find BADIs oder User exits that are convient, or is user exit FI_DOC_DISP_LI a possibility?

Hi

Check that the files with archived and deleted documents are in the proper path in the system. Check the path in the customizing (tcode AOBJ). You can check also files are in the proper site in tcode SARA thanks to the traffic lights.

thank you for your answer. My question was whether there is a way to shorten the path to the archive, when displaying items in transaction code KSB1 or FB03.

Today, users have to navigate from item to item until they can call a menu with the link to the archived document.

Therefor, we are looking for a way to enhance the gui for FB03 to display a button which links immediately with the archived document.

Can you see a possibility to to this?
