Not able to import One universe from Designer through citrix

Hi Experts,

We are facing a strange issue with One particluar universe in all env(Dev/Test/Prod). While impoting that universe through citrix based designer, getting below error.

Unhandled Exception
Code: c0000005
Description: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION

We are havingBO XI R2 SP2 pack

Used Admin account/own account to login in to universe.

Where as same universe is working fine from Business Object servers designer(which is installed in that server itself).



I can't say that it is because of citrix server settings or something related to citrix because I am able to launch other universe successfully. Why its happening with only one universe.



Can you please guide me on this.
