Linking of a Candidate to requisition

HI E-rec Gurus,

I have created an external Candidate profile and applied for a position. Now when i am checking the candidate details against that requsition

1) Candidate is getting linked at 2nd Process (Pre selection), not at 1st process (Application Entry).

2) When i am clicking at number of candidate linked at each process, system displays new screen but without any candidate information.

Do i have to maintain any configuration ?

Kindly provide solution.

Hi Nicole & harish,

Thanks for proviing solution, i removed entries 0070 and 0200 from process 2 and added in process 1, its working fine now..

Candidate application is getting linked properly but when i am selecting number like 1 in process column, to see candidate information.. system displays blank screen on next page..

How to correct this problem...

Glad to hear it is working now.

What do you mean exactly with "blank screen on next page"? You call the assignment screen on tab (process) 1 (application entry in standard) and you see a blank screen?

Actually candidates are getting linked properly with requistion.. now when i m clicking on the number to see candidate details in any process... system shows not totally blank screen.. only Candidate details are not coming.

Hi Puneet,

You mean the link of the candidate name to open the candidate profile? Do you get any errors in SLG1? Is it in display or change mode?

Hello Puneet,

Looking at the screenshot, it suggests that the config is missing in table V_T77RCF_CDCYLST. Do you see any entries for any process in this table? If no: please maintain. If Yes: Please also check the Settings link which is exactly on the right side of Ranking Method drop-down. May be columns are invisible.

The below activity types should not be there in Process 2 (pre selection).

Check and delete if any activities exist for Process 2 (pre selection).

This is just the list what activities are shown in the activitiy wizard for each process. The question was what is created from workflow?

Remove  Type "0070" and "0200" for Process "2" in the place where you have attached second screen shot.

Sorry for giving you alte response... i was busy in other activities..

Actually i have just activated some Standard E-rec workflows....

i have checked the Application details in table HR5135.. and there arr 3 entries .. 2 for ND and one for NE.. noticed that

ND is getting linked with Activity Type 200 and Rel object Type US and ID of rel object type is WF-BATCH.. and other entry is with Activity Type 0070 and 0070 and Rel object Type US and ID of rel object type is WF-BATCH..

NE is getting linked activity type 0010 and Rel object Type US and ID of rel object type is WF-BATCH..

Activity type 0200 and 0070 both are in Preselection process.

Do i have to do any changes ant workflow level or i have remove these activity types fro preselection stage as suggested by Harish..

If you want to stay in process 1, you will have to add these activities to process 1 and not 2 in your screenshot above, yes.

Thx for giving your inputs. I have activated following workflows in Erec system

1. Assign Requested Replacement Password (Workflow)
2. Workflow After Candidate's Request to Delete Registration
3. Workflow After Creating E-Recruiting Objects
4. Workflow After Status Changes to E-Recruiting Object
5. Workflow After Creating Activities
6. Workflow After Data Entry Error

Let me know if i had missed anything.
