Show the Short text desc of Domain in Search help

Hi Gurus,

I have created a Domain with 3 Single fixed values.

I used this Domain to create a Data element. Using this Data element, I created a field (say MY_FIELD) in SE11 custom table.

I created a Search help for one of the fields in the custom table. In this search help, I added MY_FIELD as one of the Export parameters.

I attached this Search help to a screen field and my F4 help looks like this.

Is there any way I could show the desc (eg. Not Effective, Advance Effective etc.) instead of NEF, AEF etc?

Please share your ideas.
