drop down values in the adobe Form are clearing when it is getting into portal level approval...

Hello All,

i created one form scenario, process everything.the problem is now in adobe form, i have 5 drop downs, values are populated through backend badi to drop down.. when employee opens in the ESS portal everything works fine, he is able to fill the form and after submitting it has to go to approval. when it comes to approver the drop down values are clearing...its not displaying..i checked the bindings in the form, workflow part everything is correct.. i don't know what is the problem..anyone please help in this issue..its very urgent..
