Hi All,
When the next level approver is missing from the org structure or can't be identified to assign to the shopping cart, the system does not do a check to throw an error. Instead the workflow stops at the last identified approver (and makes this approver as the final approver even if the limit of the approver is less than the amount mentioned in the Shopping cart ).
The result is that the shopping cart does not go through the appropriate level of SAL approval. It stops at a lower level.
Please let me know whether any standard error message can be raised for this.
