Live posting error in PCP0

Dear Experts

Getting  a Error while posting the live in PCP0 showing the "Pay roll Results is already evaluated in run no XXXX "  but since the system which it is showing the run number is the document which we posted first payroll of the employees but now we cant able to post the current  payroll results to FI

Let me know solution for the above for your clear clarification I am attaching the screen shot of the error

Hi Bala

As Saroj Said Correct The Error which you are facing is because the payroll result has already been posted,

Go to PCP0 chose EDIT button and select filter and select del filter option in list delete Payroll posting

then you apply note  1667322   then you try to do posting.

The Error which you are facing is because the payroll result has already been posted, to resolve this error first you have to reverse the posting and delete the posting, then you try to do posting.

Hi Bala,

If you have already created a posting document and posted to Finance. Results were already evaluated and posted to Finance. Incase if you are creating the posting document for the same results, system will create  a different posting document and give u the above mentined Error. Now if you want to post the 2 nd document, please reverse the posting document that you already posted to FI. Then try posting the second one and see. It may work for u.

first screen shot is resembling the first time payroll run of the employee ie two year back

right now i want to post the current results but its displaying a error that the results for this period is also posted in the first run; i cant understand how it is considering even though the first payroll results are posted to finance

Hello Mr Bala

First you implement the note 1667322 - Deletion of posting runs incomplete and then execute the functional module   HR_PAYROLL_RESULTS_UNREGISTER with run number.

Dear Swapna,

Not required to implement note , we have to fallow mannual steps mentioned in Note.

Funtion Module: HR_PAYROLL_RESULTS_UNREGISTER

Execute --> give run type : pp and give runid ( which was posting done already )

and try to do posting

Your solution has worked fine but let know the why this error is coming regularly for every time while posting to finance

Hi

You please ensure the posting run is correct before final run. Run posting in simulation mode every time and check.

If You will delete posting run which was incorrect, this error will be displayed by system.
