Unable to create job for UAR/SOD data generation

Hello Experts,

Recently we have upgraded from SP10 to SP11. We are using GRC Access Control 10. I did not have any problems creating jobs for generating UAR/SOD data in SP10 but with the recent upgrade it seems something has changed. When I logged into GRC through NWBC -> Access Management -> Background Scheduler,I was previously able to create jobs. Now when I do the same, the create button seems to be disabled no matter what type of access I assign to myself. I am working in a sandbox and have given my user the following roles (in addition to SAP_ALL):

SAP_GRAC_ALL

SAP_GRC_FN_ALL

SAP_GRC_FN_BUSINESS_USER

SAP_GRC_FN_BASE

SAP_GRC_NWBC

SAP_GRAC_SETUP

SAP_GRC_SPC_SCHEDULER

I have made sure that the all the roles are generated. Your help would be much appreciated.
