Route schedule not getting populated in VL10H

Hi All,

For a particular STOs in the system route schedule is maintained along with the shipping point as required.

Still when trying to create a delivery through VL10H the route schedule is not getting populated in that screen.

Can I know the cause of this?? Replicated the issue too and got the same  issue in quality.

Need urgent help.

Any checks?
