Document flow not replicating back to CRM from ECC

Hi Experts,

We have a scenario of Complaint creation in CRM and replication to ECC as Sales order for logistic and billing activity

It was properly working before but due to some activity in ECC we change number range of CRM complaint and ECC sales order both identical, after that document is properly replicating to ECC but no document flow is coming back to CRM related to Goods delivery & billing as it was before.

What may be the season of such discrepancy need help to overcome.

Hi Dheeraj,

Your problem seesm to be filter related related. So please check the filter setting as there may be some number ranges might have been maintained for replication control.

Check the filter setting of business object SALESDOCUMENT T.Code R3AC1. If new numbner range is not inlcuded add that or for your testing delete all the filters and test the scenario.

Need one more help plz

I am trying to download Equipment from ECC to CRM, I am getting error as mentioned below under TCode SMW01

I even downloaded object DNL_CUST_PROD1 to match all hierarchy and category of both the system ECC and CRM

Error description is: -

Assign a hierarchy to the application 'Product'

Diagnosis: - A hierarchy has not been assigned to the application Product. Product IDs are assigned and checked on the basis of this hierarchy. Products cannot be created without this assignment.

Procedure: - Assign a hierarchy to the application (transaction COMM_PRAPPLCAT).

Assign a base category to the product

Diagnosis:- When you create a product you must assign it a category. This category is used for number assignment and must be from the hierarchy assigned to the application Product (see also No hierarchy assigned to the application Product).

Procedure:- Assign the appropriate category to the product
