Hi,
I am facing a weird error in SRM while shopping cart creation in SRM (ECC to SRM PR Transfer).
The PR has been successfully created in ECC and transferred to SRM, In SRM the PR is failing and I am getting the error message "Select a location that is assigned to the plant chosen".
The entries in PPOMA_BBP are in Place, aslo BBP_LOCMAP has the correct entries.
Backend system entries are correctly maintained.
Please suggest the solution.
Regards,
Nitin

Hi Nitin,
Could you please share some more details how the PRs is being replicated into SRM as SC? Is it standard settings you are using? Also i would recommend you to check Requester who have created PR and which is being converted into SC have proper Location set.
Thank you
Ritesh

Hello Nitin,
Please check SAP Note 1466783, sometimes Location/Plant entries are cleared during the processing.
Kind Regards,

You are using CPPR. I believe you are using a stock material in your purchase requisition.
When using the stock material in purchase requisition, you must assign a plant and a storage location to it. This is because any stock materials must be delivered only to a storage location. Storage Location is not currently assigned to the item in the PR.
This is the reason why are you receiving this error. Please assign the storage location and push again to SRM. Do keep your results posted here.
