Single Item Multi Level MRP

Dear Gurus,

A new system SAP is configured, most of the configuration is done.

Requirement quantities are given in MD61 for a material & MRP is run using MD02.

But MRP runs for single level of BOM not exploding the sub components.

Is there any specific setting which is missing or need to maintain

Also MRP is run using above parameters, but the result does not create Planned Orders but only independent requirement.

Please suggest.

MRP Type PD

Lot Size EX

Strategy Group 10

MRP activated for Plant

Plant Parameters maintained for MRP

Please suggest if any configuration settings are missing or need to be changed?
