Check button in maintain attribute.

I want to use the check button in the maintain attributes, to check if the document title is set correctly.

can we do this ?

is it possible to set the rules for document other attributes ?

You can specify this in Table SADOCMANDATORATT. Go to SM30 and add new entries. basically you can maintain following document attributes as mandatory;

I am not sure about that, but if you can catch hold of ABAPer then he would be able to do it. You can browse around DMWB txn code to see any options available.

Hi Routima,

Document title is a string and I think there is no way to check the consistency of the title. I will give you an example here, if you Flag document attribute as mandatory (keyword for example) then you will not be able to save the documement without entering a keyword. This is a possibility because there is a clause "Mandatory" which checks for the existence of keywords.  In your case I do not find any logic where system can check the "Consistency" of a Title.
