Hi,

We are using SAP CRM Mobile Sales v2.0.x . Can Someone please guide us on below points.

Can we configure a user to get partners of more than one 'Relationship Type' on device? not just 'Employee Responsible' data?

Do users get all accounts/contacts irrespective of relationship on their devices if we disable distribution rule 'DEV_RULE_USER' for MAS_PARTNER?

Hi,

Yes, you can configure to get relationships from more than one relationship type.

Right now the main relationship type is maintained in the ET_BUPA_EMPLOYEE but you can create new rules for the ET_BUPA_RELATIONSHIPS. This will be a rule created from 0.

If you deactivate the rule you will not get any account.

If you want users to get all accounts you can create a Bulk Rule(not recommended)
