Amber light for condition type in PO item tab

Hi all,

We are upgrading from 4.7 to ECC 6.0. Hence I am new to ECC 6.0.

In PO condition tab, Amber light appears for condition types which we have already customized for our requirement. On going thru search help.

I found below message

Amber traffic light: Condition is inactive (KINAK not equal to 'X' and ' ').

My question is does this amber light have any consequences on account postings?. If not, where else it will affect?.

What does this indicator exactly means?. Inactive condition consequences?

How to rectify this Amber light to Green light?

I searched in forums and notes. I couldn't find any suitable reply or write up on this.

Please guide me on this.
