Hi,
Is there any process to configure extra sick leaves? I mean I took 15 days leave, after that i been into an accident then i need to take 20 more days sick leave. Is this possible in SAP business bydesign??. If it is possible then what is the process, how can i configure this one?
Thanx
Dear Aruna,
I am not sure whether it can be possible or not. Try with collision rule which is used for overlap time. Give me some time I will check with my colleague or he will directly respond to this.

Dear Aruna,
If you want to add additional sick leave for an Employee, create a separate time account (Additional Leave or Other Leave) and assign the same to Employee.
New Time account can be created/configured under Fine tune activity --> Time Account (Country Specific) --> Maintain Time Account Type --> Add Row --> Create New Time Account
After Creation Maintain Time account rules(number of leaves) for the created account under Time Account Fine Tune Activity.
Then Assign the new account(Additional Leave) to the Employee. Follow the below steps to assign
Time Administration WoC --> Select Employee --> Click Edit --> Time Profile --> Add your newly created time account --> Click Save -->See Time Account Balance Tab. There you can find the additional leaves will be added.
