Financial Catergory or Groups or Views can be linked to WBS Elements?

Hello Experts, We have requirement with business where they need to connect Financial planning such as Financial Views linked to PS WBS Element, Financial category linked toPS WBS Element and Financial groups linked to PS WBS Element. Can we use any BADI or Enhancements here? That will be much appreciated. Regards, Diana
