SAP HR--Benefits

Hi All,

We have scenario for Insurance Plan to be locked for employees.

If an employee selects a Plan Option of a plan,then employee will not be able to change this plan for say 3 years(Lock in Period).

Is there any way to do this kind of locking options??? any badis or user exits for that matter.....
