SSM 10: Missing actions for roles

Hi,

I'm following the instructions of the Strategy Managemente Installation Guide, and want to create bunch of users who access SSM with different privileges. In chapter 7.3.2 says "when you create a role, you can add any of the following actions: SSM_CreateComment, SSM_CreateScorecard, SSM_CreateContext, etc" but in my installation I haven't found any of these actions: searching in all actions, filtering with SSM*, etc. Obviously I've followed all the indications so far in this manual for Windows 2008 SR2.
