Hi Shahzad,

It sounds like you are using a browser that does not natively support SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics).  IE versions 8 and earlier requires an Adobe SVG plugin in order to view the diagrams on the PowerDesigner Portal.  IE 9, Chrome, and Firefox natively support SVG without the use of a plugin.  Please try using the plugin with IE 8 or one of the other browsers to view the diagrams.

still same result, no diagram is displayed

is there any settings to view diagram(as image) for
power designer portal?

When checking in the model to the repository, make sure to check "Save Diagrams for PowerDesigner Portal."

Hi,

I have faced same issue of PD CDM diagrams not being displayed on Web Portal despite check-ed in option "Save diagrams for PowerDesigner Portal". Found workaround by doing twice a check-out/check-in as follows:

1. check-out current (latest) Repository CDM version and saved it in a local file, e.g. v5

2. deleted this v5 of Repository by using Delete Version option

3. check-out current v4, the CDM Repository version rolled-back at step 2

4. check-ed in v5 file generated at step 1, by using option "Save diagrams.."

5. check-ed out v5

6. check-ed in v6 holding my changes, by using option "Save diagrams.."

Maybe it helps. Not sure, but on my side it may be related to the user name doing the latest check-in into the Repository, different from ADMIN user I used. Although it should not be the case as both users have "FULL" privileges onto same CDM in the Repository.

If you have the correct answer to the problem, please, let me know. Thank you.
