Inconsistencies with commitment carryforward and reversing (FMJ2/FMJ3)

I execute the commitment carryforward 2016-2017 with tx code FMJ2, this process took too long and I had to cancel it, then I run the reversing commitment carryforward with FMJ3, but the system shows me many inconsistencies, can you tell me what tx code or program can help me to fix this?
