BI Extractor for CRM Resource planning


I need to pull below information into BI from SAP CRM .This information is required to build a new BI Report .

We are already loading Service tickets and related Booking tickets into BI from CRM. I could not able to find any standard BI extractor to meet this requirement . Can you please advice me .

I need to built the report by Service area to see how many appointments booked/available/remaining for current and future dates.

We are on SAP CRM 6.0

Split of availability/booking data for both the current and future days at that time




Arrangement ID

Relationship ie has employee responsible

Queue Attributes

Skills – include qualification group and ranking

Availability times start finish e.g. IN, OUT, MEETING, LUNCH etc

Availability duration for IN, OUT, MEETING, LUNCH etc

Queue Attributes

Days in advance e.g. Current day,1,2,3 etc

Booking description

Booking substatus

Booking start

Booking finish

Booking duration

Any advice appreciated.

    What tables are you trying to extract the data from?

    Hi Manoj,

    Its not easy for one to provide data source name based on the info provided by you.

    There should be atleast some clue source tables which you are refering or any transaction you are refering ...

    Check with Business or Functional team for the source tables....

    Atleast can you tell us which sub module you are using in CRM.
