MS word and Excel Not working in ECL viewer

Dear All,

CAD files and PDF is working fine with ECL when i attached word and excel in DIR system throws an error "file is not a valid format".

In SDN found solution is S Note 1286768 and 1375425. But this notes cannot be implemented, If any one knows the solution please reply at the earliest.
