Cannot action on Servers

Hi All,

We are facing some issue with our BOXI system.

In one of our for all servers in CMC , when we right click on the servers we cannot get anything.

No options are displayed as shown below. Just NEW SERVER ans CREATE options are there.

We have tried to recreate SIA also , but it did not solved it.

Require your valuable inputs.
