Transport errore while transporting to qulaity system first time

Hi ,

We are trying to send the tranport for the first time to the Quality system from the Development system.

the followign are the errors we are facing .

We have run the UJA_DATA_CHECKER programm in the quality system,below are the folowing errors we have.how to activate the below listed objects.

/POA/HOMEPREF /POA/ROOT

/POA/PUBLIC

/POA/GROUPS

/POA/APP

/POA/APPPRPS

/POA/APPNAVHIER

/POA/APPMETA
