Error in "FP_TEST_00".

Dear Gurus,

We have upgraded EP server from NW 7.0 EHP2 to NW 7.3 EHP1 SP level 6 in windows environment. After completion of upgrade, ADS starts showing error. Before upgrade it was working properly and even after upgrade , I have done all the new changes like upgrarding cryptographic library as we are using SSL also. I found that ADS works if we remove SSL settings in various ADS configuration like, under DESTINATION, settings of "FP_ICF_DATA_DEV" and under DESTINATION TEMPLATE settings of "ConfigPort_Document" and at last in ADS RFC in R3 system.

So, if we check ADS RFC testing in R3 system, then it goes through , but in FP_TEST_00 , it gives "ADS: com.adobe.ProcessingException: com.adobe.Processin(200101)" error and if I try to export view entry of "ICM_SSL_<instance no>" under keys and storage then it gives "ERROR:  -> PSE file[.\..\..\..\sec\SAPSSLS.pse] for view [ICM_SSL_<instance no.>] not updated or not created -> Missing CA certificate: 'CN=GlobalSign Organization Validation CA - G2,O=GlobalSign nv-sa,C=BE' " error.

Please suggest how to proceed ..

Hi Li,

Our problem got solved after uploading Global Sign Root certificate from www.globalsign.com under key view ICM_SSL_<instance no.>.

Hi Nilutpal,

Looks like it has something to do with broken in https connection .

Please check if they are working fine.

Thanks for your help.

As per document, I have applied for temporary license and applied as per mentioned procedure, but alas to inform you that still ADS is not working with SSL. Now the error has changed to "ADS: SOAP Runtime Exception: CSoapExceptionTransport :(100101)" during testing of "FP_TEST_00".

Please suggest.

Hi Nilutpal,

Looks like your ADS is not working properly.

Can you please Go to page 11. Check each item to make sure they are all working.
