End of Subscription Message not coming

After the successful subscription of an user on the mobile we should be getting the notification " end of subscription" but in our case we dont see it although the pending items in Sybase has zero items against the user. Additionally without the end of subscription message we are still able to go ahead with create transactions.

Any ideas on what we may be missing?

Hi Aniruddha,

End of subscription means the data synchrinization with backend is done but mentioned that the data are already loaded and you are able to create transactions. Did you check whether these transactions are reflected in the backend system and viseversa?

Also please check on the DOE Monitoring and Administration tool for possible blockages.
