Have a computer (windows XP) that has Crystal Reports 8 installed that has been working fine.
A new user logged on and when she starts Crystal receives an error message that it can't find the keycode.dll file. Once I clear that error receive a message that the evaluation period has expired.
We have a good valid Crystal license. The keycode.dll does exist in program files\seagate software\shared.
Trying to figure out what I need to do in order for the new user to use Crystal.

It may be that when the install was done, it was done for a specific user only. E.g.; you. Try to reinstall and choose to install for everyone.
