SAP NW JAVA not starting automaticaly after Reboot of Operating system

Hi ,

Due to some Cluster issue , Operating system(Windows) rebooted.

But Nw Java is not automaticaly started. (I have started it manaualy).

Please let me know any idea ,

Nw jave engine should start automaticaly once the Operating system restarted.( Java engine should be up automaticaly).

Hi Prasanna,

Hope you are doing good.

If you want the SAP application to start automatically after a Windows Server system reboot you just need to set the profile parameter Autostart = 1 (this parameter is case sensitive) in start profile; make also sure the SAP_<SID> services are set to automatic.

In newer releases, you may not have a START profile. In such cases, you need to add this in the instance and the SCS profiles. However, it may not be a good recommendation to use autostart feature because it can disrupt the defined start sequence of the instances.
