Macro issue while copying description of product in material master to field in extra tab

Hi experts,

We have a mechanism to copy the material description to the fields in the extra tab of material master using below macro.

Action counter

MATLOC_EXTRA_SET( 1 ; MAT_EXTRA_C( 1 ; ACT_PRODUCT ) ; ACT_PRODUCT ; ACT_LOCATION ; ACT_VERSION )

but we are facing issue for few products that the description is not updated and displayed as 0.000000000000 in material master.

Can some one please help on above ASAP. appreciate your help.

Hi,

It looks you have a numerical value instead of text value in the extra field 1.
Try MAT_EXTRA instead of MAT_EXTRA_C.
