Bound error in custom Field in General Change in ITSM / CHARM in Solman 7,2?

Hello CRM experts,

For our project,I have organization model with development and service team.

I am trying to add "service team" field from available fields in General Change screen but I am getting "not bound " error.I want to select team and its member while creating change document.
