Bound error in custom Field in General Change in ITSM / CHARM in Solman 7,2?

Hello CRM experts,

For our project,I have organization model with development and service team.

I am trying to add "service team" field from available fields in General Change screen but I am getting "not bound " error.I want to select team and its member while creating change document.

Thank you very much .Since i am not developer ,i don't know how to activate this and where enable and to implement the GET_V method.i found out using F2 on Service Team and tried to generate GET method using right click but get error.An input please.

Hi,

1. Actually, the texts are displayed because the field contains no value. SAP Note 1310136 - UI fields contain text "... not bound" explains why the information is displayed. It also introduces a user parameter BSPWD_SHOW_NOT_BOUND to prevent this information from displaying.

2. I noticed that, the field Service Team is disabled, and there is also no F4 help for it. That's why you cannot select team and member for it. GTE_I_ method controls whether a field is disabled or not. You might need to implement codes in GET_V_ method for the field to add a F4 help .
