Unable to get value of dropdown list

Hi

I enhanced the standard field CONC_KEY reason in BTSubject as a dropdown list. However while saving the field is displayed as blank. I tried debugging the Get_CONC_KEY and Set_conc_key. Values are not getting populated in the current field.

if iterator is bound.
current = iterator->get_current( ).
else.
current = collection_wrapper->get_current( ).
endif.

Can anyone please help me.
