Hi All,
We wanted to remove one QA system from GRC access request form , so we removed the connector from Dev and moved across the landscape .
It got removed from the access request form for new and change request but when anyone raising the model after request ... the same system and roles are coming. We want to remove it as due to this all requests are taking escape route ...
Please reply fast .
Munish,
The reason for the data coming up in model after or copy request is that the syncronization data still exists in the GRC tables. Please run report GRAC_DELETE_ACCESS_RULES by specifying the connector and select the option "Delete Synchronization data for Physical Systems"
This will delete all the data from GRC tables for the specific connector.

Did you change the setting for System Provisining within the SPRO --> AC ---> Maintain Mapping for Actions and Connector Groups.... ?

Have you removed the system assignment from the Model User and also the role repository - for the role for that system set allow provisioning to No?
