Sign off - Create Plan

Good afternoon,

I have just a doubt about the Sign-Off.

I already created a Sign-Off Plan through "Assessments" ---> "Assessment Planning" ---> "Planner".

The Plan has been created as a "Perform Sign-Off" activity and now I see the Sign-Off Plan listed in the planner, but no one has yet received the task in his Work Inbox.

Do I have to wait until tomorrow for the system to update itself and trigger the activity?

Hi Sergio,

You can also check for errored workflows in SWPR tcode.

Go to the tcode, give a date prior to planning Sign off in the Created On field and execute.

1. Specify the agent determination rules thru SPRO :

Governance Risk and Compliance -->General Settings --> Workflow -->Maintain Custom Agent Determination Rules:

2. Schedule those job's :

Program: GRPC_DOCUMENTS_CLONING_JOB

JOb Start after Event:   SAP_GRPC_SIGN_OFF                                          

Parameters GRPC_SAP_JOB_CARRY_FORWARD

flag : Event periodic

Program: GRPC_CLOSING_BACKGROUND

JOb Start after Event:   SAP_GRPC_SIGN_OFF                                        

ParametersGRPC_SAP_JOB_AFTER_SIGNOFF

flag : Event periodic

3. Analyze  thru  transaction :SLG1-Application Log .

No one found any Sign-Off activity in our Work Inboxes.

Several things to check:

• Are the organizations set to "subject to signoff"?
• Have all the organization owners been assigned appropriately?
• Have the assessments/tests been completed for those organizations?
• The signoff starts with the lowest level first and then rolls up.  You won't see signoff tasks in the higher nodes of the organization structure until the lower nodes have signed off. 

There may be other issues, including the timeframe you have selected for signoff, but check those things first.
