DTW stocktaking import version 9.0?

Hi,

How do we go on to import the initial stock balances in 9.0?

We tried using the same DTW template as earlier versions and there is no errors but we can't find it anywhere..

Is there a new template for stocktaking or does it show up somewhere else? I hope it is possible to import with DTW...

Hi to all,

500 Lines for Import needs 10 Minutes. Our Customer has 50.000 Items and 5-8 Wharehouses that would mean that we need approx. ~100 hours.

Sorry this "feature" is in 9.0 not practicable.

Hi Herbert,

We have the same situation here. I was trying to import 4,600 lines into Inventory Posting, and after 90 minutes I finally could click on "Add" button, and after another 15 minutes it bombed SB1. I spent almost 2 hours to learn that this new feature is not feasible at all.

I'm going to try GI/GR instead.

Hi,

The above note can be downloaded from SAP Business one customer portal. To access you need S-user ID and password.

     Hi Mr Nagarajan,

     Thank you for the info. I have an S-User ID. I was unable to find in the Customer Portal, but I was able to find it in the Partner Dashboard. According to the note, pretty much I need to upgrade to PL04 or later.

Hi Anders,

Initial stock balances may not be done through DTW. DTW can upload stock by stock taking only. After stocking taking, you can post them.

Hi thank you but this will not help, it's only for ongoing counting not importing a new  one in B1 9.0.
If anyone can tell me how to import an inventory count in 9.0 please let me know
