How to send Word or Excel changes to agents in successive levels

Hi Gurus,

Can any one tell me , I have 3 levels of approvals in workflow. For every stage approver will entry make an entry in Excel sheet, but the problem is the changes are not properly updated to next levels of agents in successive levels.

Please share me if any documents available..

Please suggest how to achieve this .
