BP_CashBank errors on SAP B1 start up

Hi There,

I have a customer who gets the following error meassages when signing in to SAP B1. These errors do not stop SAP from working but they have to be cancelled every time the user logs in to SAP.

The first error that is displayed is as follows.

BP_CashBank

Connection to Licence Server failed. If licence server address is invalid, correct it; if TAO NT Naming service stopped, actiavte it and restart Licence Manager.

Then once that error is acknowledged the following error appears.

BP_CashBank

Run-time error '-106 (ffffff96)'

You are not connected to a company

Again once this is acknowledged work can progress as normal.

Can anybody advise what may be causing this and how to resolve it?
