Can any one tell me from where i can see the print preview option with out giving the check print every time.
Hi,
In the Output Control block in FBZ5, check the Test printout Option, An overview list will be generated, click on that, it will take you to spool requese, there when u click on the document under Type, u can see the preview..
But the spool request created should be deleted manually if you dont want to take the printout, if you want the printout u can print it from the spool itself..
Hope you get it..

In certain cases, in dev, the form would be designed to show a trial printout followed by the check itself. There will be 2 pages, 1st will be xxxxxxxxx sort and 2nd page will be the real document. But in ur case i dont know if u have 2 pages. see the heading of print preview below application tool bar. if it says 1 of 2 pages, use page down.. otherwise am not sure wots the prob..

I believe if you want the print preview you should choose the checkbox "Test Printout"

Hi Mave
I don't have authorization for FBZ5 but i think Print Preview option is always available on the popup window where you supply output device. Just see whether you get this popup screen when you press 'Print'.
