online applications by applicants in Recruitment module

Dear Gurus

We are with ECC 6.0 with EHP 5. We are using Recruitment module (but not E recruitment module ) is it possible to use
Employment Opportunities Web Application ( an ITS service) (may be Tcode PBW3 or any other) or any other service to aply online by the applicants.

Our requirement is that the applicants both internal and external have to apply online and the same is to be stored in SAP.
