Weighbridge integeration using hyper terminal port

Hi,

Thank in advance...................

We would like to integrate weighbridge machine output to SAP B1. The output displayed in Hyper terminal serial port . The problem is we cannot fetch the output from that serial port. system taking too much time and gets timed out. any one could help me to  solve the issue.
