Error Whole database offline + redo log backup

Hi guides

My system is un SAP ECC 6.0 on a windows 2003 platform. The Oracle database is version 10g. 

I'm performing the backup type in the mode " Whole database offline + redo log backup"  with db13 but I'm finding an error in the return code "Show Action / Detail Log" the following: "0003 Fehler in Initialisierung".

The backup is not ending successfully, can you help me please?

Hi Maria,

you need to first initialize the tape from db13 -> Initialize tape

Post this schedule the backup from db13. It shall work.
