Customer numeber & Customer hierarchy node connection

Hi

1. Created Customer hierarchy nodes.

2. Now, how do you connect a customers to these nodes.

Ex:

nodes 10 -> 20 -> 30

10 is the to node and 30 is the lowest node.

Customer

ABC needs to be connected to 10

BCD to node 20 and

XYZ to node 30.

How do you achieve this

There are several notes in SDN, if u search would get the answers to your query.

However, please do not use customer hierarchy as it would be not be in the standard package in the future releases and SAP is in the process of deactivating the same.

SAP Guru's please correct me on the same.

As per latest information Feb 2013, SAP has stopped Hierarchical access functionalinty in US for Pricing and related functionality.

Check SAP Note 1600482. This is due to some patent  legality issue going in US.

also check SAP service market place for detail FAQ from SAP  " Disabling

Hierarchical Access Functionality for Pricing". I hope this will be helpful for forum.
