Hi all,
I have following szenario:
In backend we have the complete structure of the organization of my client.
In SRM we replicate the complete structure. Nevertheless not all of the users have SRM user. So, for the release process of shopping carts, we invented a custom releationship type Z9001.(Infotype 1001). this releation holds the SRM-superior which should be used for release-process instead of the standard process flow where the superiro in the organisation is used.
The problem: we created the custom releationship type in the backend. but how do I customize this in the SRM?
What I understand is that I have to change the filter settings in ALE in backend for the replication. But I guess somehow I need to create the relationship type in SRM too. i couldnt find the point in the SRM customizing. and I guess it is not the right way to maintain the T-Tables directly 🙂
thanks for any help.
Alex
Nobody? I am sure people did that already!
I am also happy for other ideas how to implement the process.
thanks, Alex

Hello Alex,
It is possible & there are several threads in this forum.
>> You will need to set up your Partner Profile from ECC to SRM system. Outbound Parameters will be maintained for the Message Type HRMD* (Please do a F4 search as I cannot remember by heart). You should create the distribution model for this message type & distribute it.
>> You will activate the change pointers for the HR Organisational Structure in your ECC system. These change pointers will create a IDoc.
>> You will need to execute the SAP standard program RBDMIDOC with the correct port and message type in your ECC to send the created IDoc to SRM.
>> You can open BD64 in your SRM system and process the inbound IDoc and your organisational structure is created in SRM
Hope you will update your feedback here to encourage further help from respondents.
Thanks
