F9N1 Mass run cannot be started

Hi!

We have a problem with transaction F9N1, the error message is:

Mass run cannot be started (see long text)

Message no. 1M046

Diagnosis

The mass run cannot be started as a previous mass run for application Archiving of payment items is not yet completed.

The current status of the old run is: Editing Terminated

The key to the mass run is (program name, program date, sequential number): RFBKAITAN 20130120 001

Procedure

If the old run is still being processed, wait until it is finished. If the run needs post processing or was terminated, restart this run. To do so, choose 'Restart' in the menu of the corresponding application type.

We found 3 FIBA_ITEM archiving sessions with error and marked them as invalid and 'To be archived' and then they were archived with archiving object BC_ARCHIVE, but the error in F9N1 is the same.

Our ERP is 6.0 Ehp6.

How to fix it?

Hello,

As an alternative, you could try to delete the pending process calling up function module

BKK_PA_PROCESS_DESTRUCTOR in transaction SE37.
