Feature Tarif with Z program by using PERNR in PME01 structure

Hello,

We have a requirement to use feature TARIF with multiple pay scales area with geo location (based on PERNR  and PA/PSA combination extract Job from infotype 1, than look HRP1005 and find PS group for a job, find location where employee located and populate Infotype 8 with pay scale area based on location and pay scale group from HRP1005) .

We created  ZTARIF_FEATURE report and changed PME01 structure to include PERNR in decision tree. But PERNR decision did not work.

I was looking table T549B and PERNR is not there. Did any try to use Z program to default values in infotype 8 based on requirements which is not available.

Any suggestion really appreciated.

Renata

Hi Renata,

Changing the PME structure is not a good solution in my opinion.

what you can do in your case is to perform an export to memory ID from the pernr in the user exit before output (zxpadu01).

In your program linked to tarif, you can then perform an import from memory ID of the pernr field.

I have already done this for another infotype and this works.

Hi Renata,,

of course you can copy structure PME01 and midify according to your requirement, but my question is , how PERNR can be a decision Field in your feature?

lets say, now your doing a Hiring Action, in this case you dont know which number (PERNR) this new employee going to get so how we can put a condition based on PERNR?

And also if the employee volume is so high, do u think this is practical?

Pls if you can explain me what exact purpose that your tring to get PERNR as a decision field in your Feature?

Regards,

Dinesh
