Queues Alert configuration

Hi Experts,

I have configured alerts for SMQ1 and SMQ2 queues in my system. Recently i have observed that some of the messages are in delivering status/to be delivered status/ scheduled status. Is it possible to configure alerts for the messages which are in the above status. I hope you understand my problem.
