Check List for New Database

Hi,

My Client is running on B1 for the last one year. Due to some mistakes done by the users earlier during the Implementation ,we have decided to have a new DB. For that I want to make a Check List of things to be done before going live with the new DB. If you have a sample Checklist or have any guidelines, I request you to post it here in the Forum.
