VT20 - No shipments being displayed

Running ECC6

I have created shipments (inbound shipments type 0010) which I can see in VT11 and VT12 - but I am unable to get anything to display in VT20?

Is there something specific you have to do to use VT20?

What I am after is something which shows current status e.g. Load end, Shipment Complete etc status in a more user friendly manner than VT11, VT12

Or if there is a way of showing list of inbound deliveries with shipment number and its status along side it.

Thankyou for the reply - however I can still get no shipments to show in VT20 - however I can see from your screen shots that the screens don't really give me what I was looking for - so that is helpful.

Hi Victoria, this report or monitor (VT20), show information about the value planning date and not for value execution date, for this you have update value in the planning date.Please refer screen shots .

This means, that the report show information if the value planning is update.

Execute VT20 & maintain selection criteria accordingly.

Result of first screen , you will have list of shipments as listed below.

Here i have 8 shipments currently in planned status , I click on show details icon ( 5th one ) to display list of shipments.

please try and let me know if it works.

It will show overhail status of the shipment status.Once executed in VT20 transaction you can see planning ,check in ...etc.Each you can see there is  number of shipments for the status.If you select the number then select displaby you can see all the shipments.

Thankyou for your answer - however what I am trying to understand is how to get any shipments to display in VT20.  All I get is "No shipments were found for the selection criteria"  - I have a shipment in the Loading End status - how do I get it to show - I have tried current date (using date it was created) and also a week around that.   General selection criteria I am leaving blank.

I have tried alsorts of combinations of the Status Selection - do you check a box if you want to see that status or if you don't want to see a status ?

This is the help - so if the box is checked will it display those with planned status or only those without?

Shipments Still Without Status 'Planned'

All shipments that do not yet have the status 'planned' are selected. Shipments are displayed according to selection criteria based on different statuses in transportation processing.

In selection Criterial i am providing for cyrrent date and status selection checked all boxes.It showing the report.Try quality or development system check are you getting the same reults or not.
